Honest answer. Battery and back-glass repairs do not affect Face ID. Screen repair with our standard high-quality replacement parts preserves True Tone and works with Face ID, but Apple's own software treats third-party screens differently and may show a 'genuine part' warning in Settings. Function is the same. If you want a genuine Apple display (no warning, full parity), we can source one at a higher price.

Often, yes. The big trick is timing. Power it off, don't try to charge it, and bring it in fast. We do board-level cleaning and component-level repair, which is the path to actually recovering the phone (not just drying it out). The longer corrosion sits, the harder it gets. Liquid damage is the one repair with a diagnostic fee, and we waive it if you go ahead with the work.

Most 'won't charge' cases are a dirty or damaged Lightning/USB-C port (often pocket lint compacted in over time), a worn-out battery, or a damaged charging IC on the board. We check all three in the diagnostic. Charging port cleanings are sometimes free if that's all it needs.

Yes. The iPhone back glass (laminated to the chassis on iPhone 8 and newer) is one of the more annoying jobs because Apple charges almost as much as a new phone for it. We do it for a lot less. Pricing depends on model and whether the camera lens cover is also damaged.

Every model. iPad Pro (M-series and Intel), iPad Air, iPad mini, regular iPad. Screen repair is the most common, then battery and charging port. iPad Pro screens are involved (the OLED units especially) and take longer than iPhone screens. We give realistic timelines at the quote.

Screens and batteries on most Series 4 through Series 9 and Ultra models. Apple Watch has limited repair options at Apple itself (they often just replace the whole unit), which makes us a much cheaper option for cracked screens.

We use high quality OEM and OEM-equivalent parts as our standard. For batteries, cells that meet Apple's spec. For screens, premium aftermarket OLED for current Pro models, or matched-grade LCD for older. If you specifically want genuine Apple parts (which costs more), we'll order them. We're upfront about which is which on the quote.

The diagnostic is free on most repairs, and you only pay if you approve the work, so if we can't fix it you owe nothing. Liquid and water damage is the one exception, with a diagnostic fee only if you choose not to proceed. For things we can't do (heavily damaged boards on newer iPhones with chained ICs, for instance) we tell you up front and won't waste your time.
