No. Walk in any time during business hours (Mon to Fri 9 to 6, Sat to Sun 10 to 4). Most repairs start with a free diagnostic and a written quote on the spot.
Do you do on-site work in Orange County?+
For home and office network installation, yes. We come to you anywhere in OC for WiFi and network work. For device repairs (laptops, phones, tablets, desktops) it is faster and cheaper to drop off at the Irvine shop. Many devices are same-day pickup.
How long are typical repairs?+
iPhone screens, batteries: 30 to 60 minutes while you wait. MacBook screen, battery: same day or next day. Computer diagnostics and software repair: same day. Logic board work: 2 to 5 business days. Data recovery: 24 hours to 1 week depending on case. We give an honest timeline at the diagnostic.
How does the warranty work?+
90 days on parts and labor on every repair. If something we touched fails in that window, bring it back from any OC city and we make it right.

Yes. We work with HIPAA-conscious medical and dental practices, professional services, and a lot of small businesses across Orange County. NDAs on request. Confidential handling. All recovery media is wiped after handoff.
